Do you work with Apple or Windows systems?
We can manage documents created in both Apple® and Windows®. If we have to provide the final outputs, simply provide us with the source files and relevant fonts, in addition to any linked images.

How long will it take for me to receive the quote?
Quotes are normally processed and sent within two hours. You will be contacted immediately if we have any queries or problems. It is preferable to send the documents to be translated in editable electronic format to reduce the time needed.
Is the translation quote calculated by word count or standard page?
So the quote is based on the word count of the source text.
Do you provide a graphic design service?
We can provide graphic design for all documents, maintaining the original layout in all the languages translated, even those in non-Roman alphabets. The software we use allows us to work on the text only, without altering the page layout, maintaining the formatting and the original styles. Do you also work with documents in non-Roman alphabets?
We certainly do! Our graphic designers work every day with non-Roman alphabets, such as Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, etc. Contact us if you have any doubts and we will help you to publish the documents in the best possible way.
Do you work for companies or private clients?
Most of our projects are commissioned by companies, but we also regularly perform work for private clients.

Are your translators native speakers of the language into which they translate?
They certainly are! We have professional translators all over the world. Our project managers assign the projects to the most suitable native speaker, based on the target language, the sector of the translation and other parameters. For example, all the translators we use for the diving industry are certified divers themselves.
Does a translator translate all topics?
Truly professional translators do not translate any type of topic, because they have specific and extremely precise skills.
